More than a mere biography of Mahamandaleshwar Swami Veda Bharati, this collection of short stories from a worldwide network of dedicated disciples, students, friends and family aims to honour the life and teachings of an extraordinary individual.
 
A devoted and leading disciple of H.H. Swami Rama of the Himalayas, Swami Veda selflessly served and helped transform the lives of all those who crossed his path.  These compelling and intimate stories begin in his youth and continue through his Mahasamadhi on July 14, 2015, at Swami Rama Sadhaka Grama, his ashram in Rishikesh, India.
 
Like the beauty of a lotus flower whose fragrance cannot be described, the essence of Swami Veda cannot be encapsulated in this humble effort to describe who he was.  These stories are only one thread in the vast life of a Swami whose wisdom was, and still is, timeless, and whose love for those around him was boundless.  His teachings, like an endless ocean, overflow with peace and profundity.
